Carlos Aguirre is the founder of HumanisVitalis and a global HR executive with 25+ years of experience leading transformation in technology, aerospace, retail, and manufacturing. He’s held senior roles including HR Leader for Amazon Web Services’ $12B Worldwide Public Sector division and Vice President at Honeywell. Carlos has built HR organizations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, helping businesses scale, reorganize, and thrive during critical inflection points.
